We are pleased to announce that 13 of our employees have completed a two-day mental health course and are qualified to either level 2 or level 3. The purpose of the course is to ensure we are providing a platform of support for all employees as members from different office locations and divisions are certified.

As a company, we are aware that mental health and stress are associated with many of the leading causes of disease and disability in our industry. Promoting and protecting the mental wellbeing of the workforce is important for individuals physical health, social wellbeing and productivity.

All our mental health officers have an open-door policy and offer assistance, advice and support to those who experience mental health problems while in employment. This support is also provided if staff are returning to work after a period of absence due to mental health problems.

We have another seven employees completing the training in the next few months and hope that by providing this support system we create a positive and safe work place for all employees.
