In 2014 Ashcourt were approached to take on a commercial project involving the bespoke design and construction of 24 luxury holiday lodges within a strict 18 month timeframe. With Ashcourt's own ethos of creating high quality finishes, this was a natural coupling for The KP Club and the Ashcourt team.

The lodges themselves were constructed to a high specification including solid wood timber cladding, Cat slide roofs, outdoor hot tubs and bi-folding doors. In addition to the construction of the lodges themselves, Ashcourt were responsible for the entirety of the infrastructure surrounding the estate, which was also completed within the 18 month timeframe.

Since completion, occupancy rates have surpassed all expectations and as a result Ashcourt were awarded a further contract involving the construction of an onsite gym and spa facilities.
