Administrator

Based at Grimsby, Lincolnshire

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at our Lincolnshire office.

Key Accountabilities

  • •Answering queries via the telephone
  • •Collating day sheets and progressing of WeighSoft
  • •Creating sales invoices
  • •Internal journal entries
  • •General admin tasks
  • •Taking payments via telephone
  • •Assisting with accounts
  • •Covering weighbridge when needed
  • •Covering reception when needed
  • -Proven experience as an administrator or similar role is desirable
  • -Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • -Good organisational and time management skills
  • -Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • -Attention to detail
  • -Strong organisational, administrative, and planning skills
  • -Self-motivated with the ability to work without supervision
  • -Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • -Able to multi-task
