Key Accountabilities

(The key responsibilities of the role against which performance is measured)

•Effectively operate a concrete batching plant to the standards required by the company using laid down procedures.
•Ensure the site, plant, and equipment are kept in a clean and tidy condition.
•Receive orders in a polite and courteous manner, maintaining the company image to a high standard.
•Maintain accurate material stocks.
•Ensure that all technical testing required for the production of ready-mix concrete at the plant is carried out to the correct standards in line with the company procedure.
•Supervise other staff and drivers at the plant to ensure optimum productivity without compromising health and safety, environmental, or QSRMC standard.
•Ensure all relevant maintenance operatives sign the plant inspection sheet to comply with maintenance records at all times.
•Maintain awareness / compliance with the company’s health and safety and environmental policies.
•Communicate no conformances immediately to the appropriate department head.
