Project / Site Manager
Due to new project demands The Ashcourt Group are seeking a new Project/Site Manager for a 6 month Contract based in Windsor.
The project is the removal of an existing gas facility and access roads, putting the land back to its original environment state. It would require someone to manage the restoration works from start to finish, responsible for:
- H&S Management – Preparing Method statements, Permits, Environmental controls on a sensitive ecological site.
- Overseeing all Construction activities.
- Planning works in advance before commencement
- Ensure plant and equipment owned or hired by the company is operated in a correct and safe manner
- Establish standards of quality on site and ensure delivery of a quality build in accordance with the project specifications / requirements
- Be commercially aware and undertake the works in the most economic manner, working closely with the Commercial team
- Maintaining Site Records and communications between all parties involved on the contract
- Produce and develop project programmes and control operations to achieve delivery of the project on time
- Organise the works and coordinating both direct labour and subcontractors
- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management
Excellent pay available for right candidate and possibility to roll onto the next project depending on location. Competent Health and Safety Practices paramount for this role.
