As principle contractor for Warter Priory Estates' new headquarters, the Ashcourt Group were required to carry out a cut and fill operation of over 120,000 tons of sub soil and chalk to create a level site. Now complete, the new headquarters house a 15,000 tonne grain store, estate offices, weighbridge and ancillary buildings.
