Primary Purpose of the Role

The purpose of the role is to provide support to the marketing team through a range of digital channels and continue to promote Ashcourt Group’s divisions. Candidate to study Marketing Assistant qualification on day release. Salary - £12,000 per annum.

 

 

Key Accountabilities

(The key responsibilities of the role against which performance is measured)

 

  • Help to create engaging content that supports the brand image of the Group
  • Help with the ordering, designing and stock of all branded merchandise and promotional material
  • Assist with and maintain the Group’s social media platforms, including engaging content creation
  • Support the Marketing division by helping to plan and source materials for events
  • Maintain the Group’s email marketing channels, promoting lead generation and sales
  • Help to maintain the Ashcourt Merchandise shop and push sales through online channels
  • Work towards increasing the overall presence of the Group online through SEO changes, paid media campaigns and creative media
  • Contribute to creative ideas / solutions that will assist with the successful marketing of specific campaigns or the Group as a whole

 

 

 

Projects/Reporting

 

  • Report monthly on social media engagement, following and statistics
  • Report monthly on paid social media campaigns 
  • Report on Google Adword campaigns, providing insights into performance and ensuring continuous improvement across all campaigns
  • Report monthly on Google Analytics channels 

 


 

Health & Safety Role

 

  • Follow and obey all Health & Safety rules and regulations in the office
  • When visiting sites, obey all site Health & Safety rules using basic knowledge of appropriate PPE requirements and site induction processes.
