Our logistics team were tasked with a large move for our Kleemann 953 EVO screener that was being delivered to a customer in Driffield.

Loading the screener at our Burnby quarry we secured it to a Nooteboom trailer, due to the size of the screener it required a larger trailer compared to a standard move. The trailer was 26 metres long with a weight of 87 tonne.

The screener is equipped with a 9.5 m² large screen casing. The triple-deck screening plant impresses with a feed capacity of up to 500 t/h. It is controlled using a modern control system to make all functions easy to control and operating statuses and machine functions can be viewed at any time.

This move required an escort vehicle to ensure safety requirements were met. Once onsite our technicians offloaded the crusher and set it up for the customer, completing all start up and safety checks.
