Ashcourt Group is proud to announce the handover of the new Complex Rehabilitation Unit at Castle Hill Hospital in Hull. Our teams have worked extremely hard for the past 12 weeks in order to complete this within tight time restrictions.
The centre is for rehabilitation patients where they will be supported to make the improvements needed to recover. The design of the building also be gives patients the opportunity to socialise and spend more time outside their rooms in light, spacious communal areas.
The divisions that Ashcourt dedicated to this project were demolition, civil engineering, plant hire, concrete and construction that worked cohesively to ensure the project timeline was achieved.
Duncan Taylor, Director of Estates, Facilities & Development at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust said, 'The trust is delighted with the completion of the new Complex Rehabilitation Unit at Castle Hill Hospital by Ashcourt Group. This will provide a dedicated state of the art facility with both inpatient beds and outpatient facilities to help with the rehabilitation of Acute patients to leave the hospital and return home.'
