Independent supply with serious production capacity
Ashcourt Group has operated in the construction sector since 2009. Ashcourt Concrete was formed in 2016 to provide an efficient, reliable and independent concrete supply service focused on both quality products and strong customer support.
We now operate five plants including state-of-the-art Liebherr concrete production facilities in Hull, Pocklington, Melton, Newton Aycliffe and Grimsby. Our plants can produce up to 110m3 of compacted concrete per hour, helping us support projects from small domestic pours to large 400m pours.
All Ashcourt concrete is QSRMC certified across our plants, giving customers confidence in the quality of every load.

Our concrete plants
Accurate batching and reliable turnaround
Our plants are equipped with state-of-the-art microwave moisture sensors to monitor water content in sand and gravels, helping ensure accurate water addition for the specification required.
Additional slump monitoring devices inside the mixers help verify desired slump, flow and workability before concrete is released into the mixer vehicle.
