Here at the Strata site, in Wawne, the ashcourt group has made some great progress as ACL have pulled 10 fitting and a single garage to begin working on the plots package, these have all been poured ready and are being brought up to DPC level. Another thing we have been working on in Wawne is the internal and external drainage as well as block and bean installation after pouring the finishing slabs. Once these scaffold pads are ready to be formed the plots the project will be handed back over to Strata where they will continue with the build above DCP.

We are still carrying on with the work doing road and sewers having now installed the majority of foul and surface water damage. With some rest of the team working on the roads to be ready for the kerb instillation. .

We have taken full advantage while working on these roads, sewers and plots at the Ashcourt group we have chosen to use our own plant, concrete, aggregates and delivery from our great construction team.
