As avid supporters of Hull’s Room 42 Care Leavers, we are thrilled to continue to offer care leavers experience within the workplace and opportunities to take on full-time roles. We have several divisions which we provide on-the-job training for, giving them the relevant experience to boost their careers. Most recently, we held an open day for care leavers where they toured our Foster Street site getting an insight into how our concrete batching plant works, viewed our HGV wagons and spoke to a successful care experienced worker. The day deemed very effective with many eager participants, who enjoyed talks from multiple team members in different divisions demonstrating our wide variety of roles.
