Ashcourt secured the first phase of civils work for the new BMW Mini Garage in Hull. The initial stage of works consisted of installing three brand new interceptor tanks towards the front of the site.

Once these were installed, our concrete team provided 240m3 of our CEM 1 concrete using an Ashcourt ground pump to lay the concrete for the slabs in the showroom.

Soon after this, we were awarded phase 2 of the works which involved the Ashcourt demolition team demolishing and clearing the old showroom, as to allow for Ashcourt civils to commence the rest of the works for a new car park and workshop.

The complete project consisted of demolition, drainage, ducting, concrete works, kerbing, final formation and block paving works. Each stage was completed by Ashcourt, with all materials sourced through the Group showing our capabilities to deliver a project from start to finish inhouse.
