Our service process is simple, all you need to do is fill your Confidential Waste disposal bag(s), seal it and we will collect and destroy the contents. You will need a minimum of 5 bags to be collected at one time. As confirmation, we send you a waste certificate for your records that shows the successful waste destruction of your bag contents.
A Simple Service
• All waste must be bagged & sealed to guarantee confidentiality • Staples and paperclips do not need to be removed from paperwork. • We also accept paperwork in cardboard folders, binders and plastic wallets, saving you valuable time. • We also accept hard backed or binded paperwork, i.e. VAT record books and diaries etc. • A duty of care note will be issued on collection of waste. • We will collect from your premises on designated days weekly or as required. • Waste will be confidentially and securely destroyed and a destruction certificate issued for each collection, giving you the customer complete satisfaction and peace of mind that your sensitive paperwork waste has been dealt with in the correct manner. • Destruction certificate together with invoices will be sent to you at the end of the month following collection, our terms of payment are strictly 30 days from the date of the invoice. • Bags must be of a manageable weight and securely sealed with the tie wrap fastened around the top of the bag.
