Our aggregates team in Hull have been busy with a muck away job for Gleeson Homes, supporting the early stages on their new development, Sands Reach in Withernsea. 

The 16.88-acre site, located west of Holly Road, will include 199 new homes, made up of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes and 2 bedroom bungalows, all within a short ten-minute walk from Withernsea’s beaches.

Our team successfully removed 450 loads of spoil, transporting all material to tip. The operation was completed efficiently within two weeks, ensuring Gleeson could progress smoothly to the next phase of development.
