Ashcourt Make Progress on The Front Entrance At Hull Royal Infirmary

Our works on the Front Entrance building at Hull Royal Infirmary have progressed nicely with all external works nearly complete. The stunning building boasts over 100 individual units of glazing on the East elevation only, with a glass canopy above the entrance. Towards the Southwest elevation it displays a feature ribbon window with orange reveals, complemented by composite panel cladding that is secured using hidden pressure plates.

The fascia situated around the front of the building is formed from a sheet metal that has been powder coated, with the underneath soffit made from a composite material pieced together in a tongue and grove finishing.

The groundworks have also had a makeover with tarmacking, paving, drainage and landscape works carried out ensuring the original statue of Doctor John Alderson is sustained, with seating areas to be added and topsoil areas to be planted.
