Ashcourt Demolition have safely completed demolition works on the former Blood Transfusion Centre at Seacroft Hospital Leeds.
The 20-week programme involved asbestos removal, soft stripping of all buildings, remediation of contaminated ground, demolition of all buildings and removal of evasive species Himalayan balsam plant matter.
In total 22,000 tonnes of material were sent to our recycling facility to be repurposed with only 2% of material sent to landfill.
